Join our trainers each week for their liberating Strength and Conditioning classes, including high intensity interval training, body weight exercises and primal moves. 


LADIES NIGHT

WEDNESDAY 6:30PM

Join Elle each week for ladies night, an inclusive, social evening of group training. Together with the group, build confidence and support while learning about different training styles and techniques.

Join Gabs from Pod Fitness, an accredited exercise science and rehabilitation specialist for her unique take on Pilates. Her classes will help you increase your flexibility, core strength, balance and coordination and, get those buns burning!
