LADIES NIGHT

WEDNESDAY 6:30PM

Join Elle each week for ladies night, an inclusive, social evening of group training. Together with the group, build confidence and support while learning about different training styles and techniques.

Join guest trainer Harriet Walker once a month for an educational and empowering Strong Women class.
