Exercise, health and fitness is essential for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, I am passionate about teaching people to create this balance. I believe fitness should encompass all areas of training, resistance training, flexibility, balance and create movements to enhance every-day living, in turn achieving a happier and healthier head space. I believe in keeping exercise fun, achievable and personable, which is why I love my job!

Gabs has over 4 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her fitness journey started at a young age, playing sport competitively and competing in national competitions for both cross country and hockey. Gab developed a love for living a healthy lifestyle, inspiring her to educate others on the benefits of being physically active as a personal trainer.

Beginning her journey in Tasmania, she completed a Health Science degree, gaining experience in strength and conditioning at a high level, working with elite athletes at the TIS and AFL TAS. Gab is now in Canberra to further her skills and knowledge by undertaking a degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation.


Gabs qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Health Science (+ Exercise science practicum)
  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • Advanced First Aid and CPR
  • Pilates
