Gabs has over 4 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her fitness journey started at a young age, playing sport competitively and competing in national competitions for both cross country and hockey. Gab developed a love for living a healthy lifestyle, inspiring her to educate others on the benefits of being physically active as a personal trainer.
Beginning her journey in Tasmania, she completed a Health Science degree, gaining experience in strength and conditioning at a high level, working with elite athletes at the TIS and AFL TAS. Gab is now in Canberra to further her skills and knowledge by undertaking a degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation.
Gabs qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Health Science (+ Exercise science practicum)
- Cert III & IV in Fitness
- Advanced First Aid and CPR
