Project Fitness offer trainers with qualifications and experience in Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, Pilates, kettle bell training, competitive boxing and rehabilitation.


With a strong focus on sustainable training, Project Fitness has a great investment in the prehab, flexibility and mobility of our clients to ensure they reach their greatest potential in the safest way. At Project, we equip our clients with the knowledge and necessary nutrition advice for their body and fitness goals. With the help of accredited nutritionist, Harriet Walker, Project is able to supply evidence based approaches to ensure suitable advice is given.
