At Project Fitness we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of care that we possibly can. We offer physiotherapy, remedial massage, sports dietetics and nutrition and, personal training. Our qualified team are passionate about helping our members reach there goals, in and out of the gym. 


Our Physio Jimmy Pipe will take his time to identify the problem, understand your condition, identify and devise a treatment plan that takes into account your lifestyle, sports activities and general health. We also offer remedial massage through our masseuse Emily Butler.



Harriet has a strong belief in working with her clients, not on them, and aims to guide them through their individual barriers to good health and a balanced diet. Services include weight loss, diet planning, competition prep, online health coaching, body composition assessment, diet analysis, healthy cooking demonstrations and seminars.



Project Fitness has a variety of high quality trainers, with over 7 years experience in the industry, they have developed a reputation for their skill, knowledge and ability to get results. Project fitness offer trainers with qualifications and experience in Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, Pilates, ZUU, kettle bell training, competitive boxing and rehabilitation.
