Sheldon has over 4 years’ experience working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. As a success story himself, Sheldon’s determination and passion for a healthier lifestyle encouraged him to lose over 45 kilograms, allowing him to empathise with his wide range of clientele, including women and men of all ages, expecting mothers, seniors, and people requiring rehabilitation. Sheldon is extremely friendly, confident and understanding of people’s different needs and goals and, has the necessary skills to help achieve them.

In addition to his experience and qualification, Sheldon holds a number of accredited qualifications, they include:

  • Cert III & IV Fitness
  • Advanced First Aid
  • Accredited Punchfit Instructor
  • Level 2 ZUU accredited Coach / Instructor
  • Level 1 ANKORR accredited Coach / Instructor
